• 设备与日志信息：为保障服务稳定运行而自动记录的信息，例如设备型号、系统版本、应用版本、语言设置、IP 地址、访问时间、故障日志与崩溃报告；
• 经您授权的外设信息：在您允许的前提下，与蓝牙测色仪、标签打印机等外设配对或通信所产生的必要技术数据。

以下信息通常不适用本政策，除非其能够单独识别您的身份：匿名化的检索关键词、汇总统计信息，以及仅在您工作区内展示且不对外公开的非个人化内容。

2我们如何使用信息

• 用于账号验证、功能交付与数据同步，包括配方查询、颜色匹配、自定义配方编辑、设备连接及云端协作；
• 用于性能优化、故障排查、安全风控与产品改进，以更好地支持汽车钣喷业务场景；

在适用法律允许的范围内，您可请求访问、更正、删除、限制处理或导出部分个人信息，亦可撤回对可选处理的同意。您可在应用内更新大部分资料信息；其他请求可通过客服提交。我们可能在处理前核验您的身份。部分信息因法律义务或正当业务需要仍可能被保留。

7未成年人

本应用主要面向汽车钣喷行业的专业用户，并非面向未达到当地法定年龄的未成年人。我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。如您认为未成年人向我们提供了信息，请联系我们删除。

8政策更新

• 我们可能因法律、技术或业务变化修订本政策，并在应用内或其他合理渠道公布更新版本；

1Information we collect

• Account details you submit during registration or profile updates, such as your login name, contact details, shop or company name, and role within your organization;
• Operational data you enter while using the app, including formula search history, saved custom formulas, customer records, pricing settings, measurement results, and print or export actions you initiate;
• Technical and usage information generated when you use the service, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language preference, IP address, connection timestamps, diagnostic logs, and crash reports;
• Information from connected hardware where you grant permission, for example Bluetooth colorimeters or label printers paired with the app.

Anonymous search keywords, aggregated usage statistics, and non-identifying workspace content are generally outside the scope of this Policy unless they identify you personally.

2How we use information

• To authenticate you, maintain your account, and deliver core features such as formula lookup, color matching, custom formula editing, data synchronization, and device integration;
• To improve performance, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud or abuse, and develop new functions that support automotive refinishing workflows;
• To send service-related notices, security alerts, or product updates necessary for your account;
• To comply with applicable laws, enforce our terms, and respond to lawful requests from regulators or courts.

We do not sell your personal information. Marketing messages about optional products or partners are sent only where permitted by law and, when required, with your separate consent.

3When information may be shared

We may share limited information only in these situations:

• With your explicit approval;
• With infrastructure or service providers that host data, deliver notifications, process analytics, or support printing and measurement features on our behalf, subject to confidentiality obligations;

• To protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the operator, or the public;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, provided the recipient continues to honor this Policy or gives you appropriate notice and choices.

4Storage, retention, and cross-border transfer

Your information may be stored on secure servers operated by us or our authorized partners. Retention periods depend on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected. We keep account and business records for as long as your subscription or account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements. Because our users may be located in different countries, your data may be processed or stored outside your home jurisdiction. Where cross-border transfer is involved, we apply safeguards consistent with applicable privacy laws.

5Security measures

• We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission where appropriate, access controls, and monitoring;
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for actions taken through your account;
• No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly using the support channel shown in the app.

6Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export certain personal information, or to withdraw consent for optional processing. You can update many profile fields inside the app. For other requests, contact our support team. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

7Children

This application is intended for professional users in the automotive refinishing industry and is not directed to children under the age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

8Changes to this Policy

• We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be shown in the app or through another reasonable notice channel;
• Material changes will be highlighted when practicable. Continued use of the service after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Policy, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
